Another winning recipe captured for the family’s future enjoyment

We had a can of creamed corn that no one seemed to be eating so I made it the base for this recipe.

Ingredients

Start with the dry and then mix in the wet. Bake for 45 minutes at 350F

1 cup corn meal

1 cup whole wheat flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon chipotle pepper powder

2 teaspoons onion powder

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup coconut oil

2 eggs

1 14oz can of creamed corn
