It’s natural that we jump in to help someone and offer advice. The problem is, that saying these loves of things doesn’t help.

  • “Try to be more positive.”
  • “You have nothing to worry about.”
  • “Everything will be ok.”
  • “Believe in yourself.”
  • “I believe in you.”
  • “Try to get your mind off it.”
